Day One Facial Fat Grafting
7:00 – 7:30 am Registration, Welcome, and Breakfast
7:30 – 7:45 am History of the procedure "How it got started and by whom!"
7:45 – 8:00 am The Overview: Office base liposuction and Facial Fat Grafting using local tumescent anesthesia
8:00 – 8:10 am Anatomy review "Break it down"
8:10 – 8:20 am Identifying potential patients then consent & exam
8:20 – 8:45 am Patient preparation and preoperative medications
  Local tumescent anesthesia preparation.
  Identifying safe limits of lidocaine & side effects
8:45 – 9:00 am Patient markings - fat deposits (topography format) and Keys to pre/post operative photography
9:15 – 9:30 am Morning Break (food & drink available)
9:30 – 12:30 pm First case live surgery with hands-on opportunity: upper and lower abdomen
  -Room set-up, instrument selection & layout, and surgical dressing
  -Infiltration methods of infusing local tumescent anesthesia using infiltration cannulas and spinal needles
  -Aspiration methods utilizing SAL and/or PAL
12:30 – 1:30 pm Working Lunch (Food and Drink available)
  -Recovery, post operative treatment, and potential complications involving touch-up
1:45 – 5:00 pm Second live surgery with hands-on opportunity: upper & lower abdomen with flanks (Beginning liposuction)
5:00 – 6:00 pm Overall review, questions and answer session
6:00 pm Adjourn
7:00 pm Dinner with Staff and Attendees
   
Day Two Advanced Awake Laser Liposuction and Facial Fat Grafting
7:00 – 7:30 am Breakfast
7:30 – 9:00 am Live Facial Fat Grafting (Re-injection patients)
10:30 – 1:00 pm Live surgery with hands-on opportunity. One case both upper & lower abdomen with flanks and Facial Fat Grafting
1:00 – 2:00 pm Working Lunch
  Business model for implementing liposuction into your practice. Marketing this cosmetic procedure into your practice both internally & externally. Establishing a fee schedule for the procedure
  Malpractice Considerations
  Instrumental selection and O/R set-up, costs of getting started
  Discussing physical space requirements: Ideal set-up for your liposuction suite
   
2:00 –5:00 pm Live surgery with hands-on opportunity. Laser Liposuction with facial fat grafting
5:00 –5:30 pm Managing patients who are challenging & unsatisfied with the results
  Overall review, questions and answer session
